Registered members can log in to create document wrappers and manage their physical and/or digital documents, enabling effective document organization.
Registered members can recover their forgotten login credentials in their email.
Logged-in members with "Write Access" have extensive capabilities, including document management, access control, barcode creation, document uploading and tracking, and audit trail review.
Members with 'Read Access' can view public documents, while confidential and restricted documents are accessible only if explicitly assigned to them.
Members with "Admin or Operator Access" have extended authorities over metadata, with Admin being the super authority on E-SafeDoc.
